Bovine endometrial epithelial cells-

Bovine Endometrial Epithelial Cells (BEnEpC) are isolated from epithelium of the bovine endometrium. The cells are cryopreserved at second passage. BEnEpC can be cultured and propagated for at least 10 population doublings.

Medium Formula :

Basic culture medium: 500ml (P2800), uterine epithelial growth factor (UEGCS) 5ml (P2802), fetal bovine serum: 25ml (SD0200), G/A: 5ml (SD0038)

Complete medium: UEGM Uterine Epithelial Cell Culture Medium（P2801）

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
