BALB/cLung cells of BALB / c mice-

Mouse primary lung cells (MPLUCs) are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. MPLUCs are mixed population of mouse primary lung cells grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 1 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days.(MPLUCs)MPLUCsT750.2%13-7.

Medium Formulation:

90% DMEM (MD0100)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)

DMEM complete medium ( MD0101)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
