BALB/cBalb/c mouse hepatocytes-

Mouse primary liver cells (MPLIVCs) are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. MPLIVCs are mixed population of mouse liver cells grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 1 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days.

Medium Formulation:

DMEM (high Sugar) Basic Medium（MD0100）+10%FBS+1%G/A（SD0038）

Complete medium: DMEM (high Sugar) Complete Medium（MD0118）

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
