OKT 3 Hybridoma (anti-CD3)

Mice were immunized with human peripheral blood lymphocytes. The spleen cells were taken and fused with P3x63Ag8.U1 myeloma cells. It was put into storage after identification without mycoplasma.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
