OK Opossum Kidney Cell

This cell line was originally designed to provide X chromosome for the study of X chromosome inactivation, and then it was found that it was an excellent cell culture model for renal proximal tubular epithelial cells. This cell expresses a variety of receptors in culture and is widely used as a model for studying these receptors. It was put into storage after identification without mycoplasma.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
