DH82 Dog Kidney Malignant Histiocytosis Cell

It was taken from a 10-year-old male dog. DH82 cells have macrophage-like morphology and can phagocytic latex particles. The cells have Fcgamma receptor positive, Fcmu and C3b receptor negative. Cells do not produce IL-1. It was put into storage after identification without mycoplasma.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
