CATH. A Mouse Nerve Cells

This cell line is a cell line established from tumor culture produced in the brain of transgenic mice. The transgenic gene contains SV40T antigen coding sequence related to 783 bp partial tyrosine hydroxylase gene, and the cells express tyrosine hydroxylase and dopamine β Hydroxylase, containing neurofilament.
