Human embryonic kidney cell 293-H, also known as 293H, HEK 293-H, HEK 293H, etc. 293-H cells are a subclone derived from 293 cells, exhibiting better adhesion in monolayer cultures. It features fast growth, good adhesion, high transfection efficiency, and efficient protein expression. It is better suited for plaque assays and other adherence-dependent experiments, and can also be used in large-scale cell culture and industrialized bioreactors. Therefore, it is widely used in the expression, purification, and structural biology research of recombinant proteins.
