MO3.13 Human microglial cells

The MO3.13 cell line is a human oligodendrocyte cell line, a hybrid cell line formed by the fusion of human tumor rhabdomyosarcoma RD cell line with adult oligodendrocytes. Compared to the parental tumor cell line rhabdomyosarcoma RD, the hybrid clone MO3.13 cell line expressed GalC, MBP, and GFAP. The MO3.13 cell line can effectively mimic the proliferation and differentiation processes of oligodendrocytes in vitro, is widely used in related neuroscience research, and serves as an important model for studying the gene expression of oligodendrocytes and astrocytes.
