Products Description
Human lung adenocarcinoma cells HCC827 cells have a deletion mutation in the tyrosine kinase domain of EGFR (E746-A750 deletion). This cell line was obtained by continuously treating EGFR-mutant HCC827 (catalog number: SCSP-538) with 10 nM gefitinib for over three months, also known as STAC-H. Compared to HCC827, these cells exhibited gefitinib tolerance. This drug-resistant cell line was established by the team led by Researcher Ji Hongbin at the Center for Excellence in Molecular Cell Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and transferred to our database, which designated it as the sole channel for sharing cell resources.
