No.:CD0772
Price: ¥1150
Products Description
AMC-HN-8 was established in 1996 by the Asan Medical Center from carcinoma in situ or metastatic sites of nine head and neck cancer patients, establishing nine head and neck cancer cell lines. By transplanting fresh tumor tissue, proliferation and development of immortal tumor cell lines. AMC-HN-8 grows as a wall-adherent epithelium-like monolayer and is tested for tumorigenization and tissue testing in nude mice. Flow cytometry and indirect immunofluorescence were used to analyze DNA content and the expression of integrin subunits α6, β4, β1, and intracellular binder 1 (ICAM-1). This strain of cells originates from squamous cell carcinoma. β4 is highly expressed. AMC-HN-8 cells are a representative in vitro model for head and neck tumor biology research.
