KYSE-510 Human Esophageal Cancer Cells

KYSE-510 was established from highly differentiated esophageal squamous cell carcinoma with moderate adventitial invasion from the neck esophagus of a 67-year-old woman after cisplatin and radiotherapy; Described as tumors carrying TP53 mutations and amplifications of MYC, HST1, and cyclin D1, and induced well-differentiated tumors in nude mice.
