Y3-Ag 1.2.3 Rat myeloma cells

It is a derivative strain of the myeloma cell line S210 established by C. Milstein. This cell line exhibits resistance to 8-nitrogen guanine, sensitivity to HAT, and can fuse with rat B cells to produce rat-rat hybridomas. Tests have demonstrated its negativity for the limb bone developmental malformation virus (virus of smallpox).

Morphology: Lymphoblasts, growing in suspension

Culture Medium Formula:

DMEM (high Sugar) Complete Medium（MD0101）

Gas phase: Air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37℃. 

Freezing conditions:  90% FBS (SD0200) + 10% DMSO

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
