H19△DMR-IG△DMR-AGH-OG3 mouse haploid embryonic stem cells

Double deletions of H19-DMR and IG-DMR were created using Crispr-Cas9, with cells carrying the OCT4-EGFP transgene. Cells were transfected with Cas9 and SgRNA; screening and detection confirmed that no Cas9 was integrated into the cellular genome.
