OrgCult™-NPC Medium

OrgCult™-NPC Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Organoid Medium is a serum-free culture medium specifically designed for the isolation and growth of nasopharyngeal carcinoma organoids. This medium mimics the environmental components required for organoid growth, including hormones, proteins, and both small and large molecular compounds similar to those found in tissue growth. It contains no direct animal-derived components, minimizing interference from unknown constituents. The medium facilitates easier cultivation, reduces animal sacrifice in experiments, enhances experimental clarity, and yields more precise data!

Primary nasopharyngeal carcinoma and nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell lines, as well as previously frozen nasopharyngeal carcinoma organoids, can be maintained in long-term culture. Organoids become observable after 7–10 days of culture. Passage should be performed approximately every 10 days to maintain the culture and facilitate expansion.
