Human Pulmonary Artery Endothelial Cells

Pulmonary artery endothelial cells can be utilized to investigate their physiological functions and pathological mechanisms, such as their role in diseases like pulmonary arterial hypertension. They provide an in vitro model for drug development and screening, and theoretically can be applied to cell therapy-related research. Primary pulmonary artery endothelial cells have a limited in vitro culture cycle; it is recommended to use dedicated growth media and proper techniques to ensure optimal cell culture conditions.
