Hematopoietic Growth Factor

Hematopoietic serum-free expansion medium (SFEM) is used to culture and expand human hematopoietic cells in vitro. It basically adds nucleoside vitamins, etc., and uses serum substitutes to replace the role of serum in cell culture to reduce serum contamination. And to maintain the consistency of cell growth, growth factors such as LIF, FGF, lecithin, etc. are added to maintain the growth needs of hematopoietic cells in vitro culture. It has been tested for endotoxin-free, mycoplasma, sterility, and has been cultured in multiple species of cells. In addition, it also supports Generation, culture, and detection of human and mouse dendritic cells, as well as the culture of a variety of other hematopoietic and non-hematopoietic cell types.
