Hematopoietic Cell Culture Medium（XF）

Serum-Free Haematopoietic Expansion Medium (SFEM) is employed for the in vitro culture and expansion of human haematopoietic cells. It incorporates nucleosides and vitamins as foundational additives, utilising serum substitutes to replicate serum's role in cell culture. This approach minimises serum contamination while maintaining consistent cell growth. Growth factors including LIF, FGF, and lecithin to fulfil the growth requirements of haematopoietic cells in vitro. The medium is tested for endotoxin, mycoplasma, and sterility, and validated through multi-species cell cultures. Furthermore, it supports the generation, culture, and assay of human and mouse dendritic cells, as well as the culture of numerous other haematopoietic and non-haematopoietic cell types.

Basic medium: 500ml (P2200), Cell growth factor: 5ml, KOSR-Serum Replacement: 50ml(SD0500), G/A: 5ml (SD0038)

Note: 100ml bottles are prepared in whole bottles without kits.
