SU-DHL-2人B细胞淋巴瘤细胞

This cell is derived from a 71 year old Caucasian female. Most of these cells are hyperdiploid and have a sharp pattern number of 51 chromosomes; Occasionally, cells within the tetraploid range can also be seen. In Groups A, B, C, and F, a small marker chromosome was always observed, with an increase in the number of chromosomes. This cell is positive for non specific esterase and acid phosphatase. These cells were negative for EB virus nuclear antigen (EBNA -). Cell surface Ig negative (sIG -). These cells have been reported to be E-rosette negative. The presence of EB virus DNA sequences in this cell line has been confirmed by PCR at ATCC.
