Products Description
Tracheal epithelial cell medium is a complete medium containing BPE without serum, which is suitable for the culture of primary or cell line bronchi, lung trachea, small airway and other respiratory tissue cells.
Tracheal cell medium was tested and optimized by a variety of airway epithelial cell cultures, tested for stereopathy, mycoplasma free and endotoxin-free, and supplemented with cortisol, epithelial cell growth factors and vitamins. In order to achieve the normal metabolic process of cells, the medium minimized the components of growth stimulating factors.
Medium formula:
Basal medium: 500ml (P1600), tracheal epithelial growth factor: 5ml(P1602), G/A: 5ml(SD0038)
Note: There is no kit for 100ml bottle. It is prepared for whole bottle.
