MDA-MB-453 Human Breast Cancer Cells

The sample was taken from a 48-year-old female patient, R Cailleau et al. established the MDA-MB-453 cell line from the pleural fluid of a 48-year-old female tumor metastasis patient. Other metastatic lesions include lymph nodes, brain and pleural fluid and pericardial effusion. Cells overexpress FGF receptors. It was identified as free of mycoplasma/STR and put into storage.

Morphology epithelial cell-like, adherent growth

Complete medium: L-15 complete medium (article No.: MD1101)

Gas phase: 37 ℃; 0% carbon dioxide. 100% air

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
