Products Description
This is a poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma, phase III, sampled from a 51-year-old male patient, established by Dr. Shimada, Y. It was identified as free of mycoplasma/STR and put into storage.
Tissue and Cell Type: esophagus, squamous cell carcinoma
Morphology: epithelial-like, adherent growth
Medium Formulation:
90% 1640 (MD0200)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+1% GA (SD0038)
Link to complete medium: 1640 complete medium (MD0201)
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
