Glutaraldehyde stabilized red blood cells are produced from freshly washed turkey RBCs by brief exposure to a glutaraldehyde-buffer solution and exhaustive washing in saline.
Medium Formulation: Chicken Erythrocyte Culture Medium
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing: 5% DMSO+95% FBS
