Products Description
The whole blood is aseptically collected and prepared to order from our colony of animals. These washed cell suspensions are useful for the titration of complement, absorption procedures and testing for agglutinins.
Medium Formulation: Sheep Red Blood Cell Culture Medium
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
