Rat renal tubular epithelial cells-

Renal tubular epithelial cells (RTEpiC) play a crucial role in renal function. They reabsorb nearly all of the glucose and amino acids in the glomerular filtrate, while allowing other substances of no nutritional value to be excreted in the urine.

Medium Formulation:

90% MEM (MD0300)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)

Complete medium: MEM complete medium (MD0301)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
