Rat mesangial cells-

Rat Renal Mesangial Cells (RRMC) are isolated from rat kidneys. Rat Mesangial Cells are cryopreserved immediately after purification and delivered frozen. RRMC are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings in the condition provided by us.

Medium Formula :

Basic culture medium: 500ml (P4300), Renal mesangial cell growth factor (MGCS) 5ml (P4302), fetal bovine serum: 10ml (SD0200), G/A: 5ml (SD0038)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: Basic culture medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
