Human CD3+ Pan T Cells are isolated from the mononuclear cell fraction by means of negative selection.
Medium Formulation:
RPMI-1640 Basic Medium（MD0200）+10%FBS（SD0200）+1%GA(SD0038)
Complete medium:
RPMI-1640 Complete Medium（MD0227）
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
