Products Description
Human Dermal Microvascular Endothelial Cells (HD-MVECn), when grown in LIVas Medium, provides an ideal culture model, with or without human VEGF, for the study of angiogenesis, atherosclerosis, or vascular biology. Cell Features: Human Bladder Epithelial Cells are isolated from Human Bladder Epithelial tissue and are cyropreserved as secondary cells. Human Bladder Smooth Muscle Cells are isolated from Human Bladder Smooth Muscle tissue and are cryopreserved as secondary cells. Human Bladder Fibroblast Cells are isolated from Human Bladder tissue and are cryopreserved as secondary cells.
Medium Formulation:
Complete endothelial cell culture medium ECGM ( P1001)
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
