-Human coronary endothelial cells - type II diabetes-

Diseased endothelial cells are isolated from human donors that have been diagnosed with diabetes type I or type II disease. Diseased cells are grown in the same optimized media system as normal human coronary artery endothelial cells.

Medium Formulation:

ECGM endothelial cell culture medium (P1001)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
