Products Description
Human Chondrocytes (HC) are derived from normal human articular cartilage. They are cryopreserved at the second passage and can be cultured and propagated at least 10 population doublings.
Medium Formula:
ChCM basic culture medium:500ml (P3800),FBS fetal bovine serum:25ml (SD0200)， ChGCS cartilage growth factor:5ml
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
