Human CD34+ bone marrow cells

Human CD34+ bone marrow cells are derived from whole bone marrow and purified using magnetic cell separation. Human CD34+ bone marrow cells may be from a single or multiple donors and are 95% pure populations as confirmed by FACS analysis.

Medium Formulation:

ECGM endothelial cell culture medium (P1001)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: 5% DMSO+95% FBS

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum) (SD0001)
