Products Description
CD133+ human bone marrow cells are derived from bone marrow and purified using magnetic cell separation. These cells may be from a single or multiple donors depending upon your experimental needs.
Medium Formulation:
MEM-α basal medium（MD0800）+20%FBS（SD0200）+双抗（P/S）（SD0005）
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
