A549 Human Lung Cancer Cells

Human non-small cell lung cancer cell A549 is derived from white male lung cancer tissue at the age of 58, and was established by D.J. Giard et al. in 1972. M. Lieber found that A549 can synthesize high proportion of unsaturated fatty acid lecithin through the cytidine diphosphate choline pathway. The cells are not resistant to low temperature and long-term transportation after resuscitation. The minimum temperature along the route after resuscitation should be higher than 10 ℃ and the transportation route should not be too long. When A549 cells are mailed at normal temperature in winter, there will be cell shedding and necrosis. Please try to use dry ice cold chain express.
