Products Description
Normal primary adult melanocytes are a vital research tool for a variety of applications from malignant melanoma research to pigmentation studies as well as for cosmetics and skin biology programs. AcceGen isolates normal human adult melanocytes and evaluates purity and function using both Mel-5 staining and the conversion of L-dopa -> dopamelanin.
Medium Formulation:
MM Melanocyte Culture Medium (P5001)
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum) (SD0001)
