Products Description
Acute Myeloid Leukemia-PB-CD34+ Cells are isolated from Acute Myeloid Leukemia peripheral blood samples, using a direct immunomagnetic CD34 MicroBead labeling system. Acute Myeloid Leukemia-CD34+ cells are available in newly diagnosed and relapsed/refractory stages.
Medium Formulation:
PBMC Serum-Free Cell Culture Medium (P1901)
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum) (SD0001)
