Acute Myeloid Leukemia-Bone Marrow Plasma is obtained by centrifugation of the adult Acute Myeloid LeukemiaBone Marrow. Plasma has a diminished number of cells and platelets. Acute Myeloid Leukemia plasma is available in the newly diagnosed and relapsed/refractory stages.
Medium Formulation:
PBMC Serum-Free Cell Culture Medium (P1901)
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum) (SD0001)
