/Human acute lymphoblastic leukemia bone marrow plasma cells (newly diagnosed / untreated)-

Acute Lymphoid Leukemia Bone Marrow plasma is obtained by centrifugation of the Acute Lymphoid Leukemia-bone marrow. This product has a diminished number of cells and platelets. Acute Lymphoid Leukemia plasma are available in the newly diagnosed and relapsed/refractory stages.

Medium Formulation:

85% 1640 (MD0200)+15% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)

Complete medium: 1640 complete medium (MD0218)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
