-RFPHepatic sinusoidal microvascular endothelial cells RFP labeling-

RFP-HLiSMVECs were selected from HRMVECs resistant to Zeocin after infected with RFP expressing lentiviral particles. The cells are shipped in frozen vials (the cells are provided @ passage 4-5). Endothelial Growth Medium is recommended for cell culture and these cells have a minimum average population doubling levels > 16 when cultured following the detailed protocol described below.

Medium Formulation:

ECGM endothelial cell culture medium (P1001)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: 5% DMSO+95% FBS

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum) (SD0001)
