GFP-HBMVECs cells were selected from HBMVECs resistant to puromycin after infected with GFP expressing lentiviral particles. The cells are shipped in frozen vials (the cells are provided @ passage 4-5). Endothelial Growth Medium is recommended for cell culture and these cells have a minimum average population doubling levels > 15 when cultured following the detailed protocol described below).
Medium Formulation：
ECGM Endothelial Cell Culture Medium（P1001）
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freeze storage conditions: 5% DMSO+95% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum) (SD0001)
