Products Description
Mouse bone marrow macrophages (MACBM) are derived from the tibias and femurs of pathogen-free laboratory adult mice. Mouse bone marrow macrophages are grown in 100 mm treated tissue culture dish and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium for 10-15 doubling times.
Medium Formulation:
RPMI-1640 Complete Medium(MD0201)
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum) (SD0001)
