Products Description
Canine Skeletal Muscle Cells (CnSkMC) are derived from the limbal skeletal muscle and are cryopreserved at second passage. CnSkMC can be passaged at least 15 population doublings.
Medium Formulation:
Skeletal Muscle Cell Medium SKMM (P2901)
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum) (SD0001)
