Products Description
Canine Pulmonary Artery Smooth Muscle Cells (CnPASMC) are derived from the tunica intima and tunica media of canine pulmonary arteries and are cryopreserved at second passage. CnAOEC can be passaged at least 16 population doublings.
Medium Formulation:
Smooth Muscle Cell Culture Medium SMGCM (P3001)
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum) (SD0001)
