Products Description
Canine Osteoblasts (CnOb) are isolated from canine bone and are cryopreserved at second passage. CnOb can be passaged at least 10 population doublings.
Medium Formulation:
Skeletal Muscle Cell Medium SKMM (P2901)
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum) (SD0001)
