Canine Aortic Endothelial Cells (CnAOEC) are endothelial cells isolated from the dog aorta. CnAOEC are cryopreserved at second passage and can be passaged at least 16 doublings.

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freeze storage conditions: 5% DMSO+95% FBS (SD0200)
