Products Description
Mouse bone marrow leukocytes (MBMLC) are derived from the tibias and femurs of pathogen-free laboratory adult mice. MBMLC are mixed population of mouse bone marrow cells. Each vial contains at least 10x10^6 cells and is delivered frozen.
Medium Formulation：
B Cell Culture Medium（Serum-Free） (P3901)
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freeze storage conditions: 5% DMSO+95% FBS（SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum) (SD0001)
