Products Description
The BCHON cultures are produced on the base of bovine tissues. The BCHON are isolated according to known procedures. Then primary cultures are produced.
Medium Formulation:
90% DMEM/F12 (MD0600)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+2mM Glutamine+G/A (SD0038)
DMEM/F12 complete medium (MD0603)
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
