Bovine brain microvascular endothelial cells-

Bovine Brain Microvascular Endothelial Cells (BBMVEC) are isolated from microvessels of bovine brain. The cells are cryopreserved at second passage. BBMVEC can be cultured and propagated for at least 12 population doublings.

Medium Formulation:

Complete endothelial cell culture medium ECGM (P1001)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution:  No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
