BALB/c Mouse Artery Primary Fibroblast Derived From AcceGen Was Isolated From The Tissues Of Non Pathogenic Experimental Mice. Primary Mouse Arterial Fibroblasts Grew In T25 Tissue Culture Bottle Coated With Gelatin Solution For 0.5 Hours, And Were Generally Purified And Expanded In AcceGen Culture Complete Growth Medium For 3-7 Days. Before Shipment, The Cells Were Separated From The Bottles And Immediately Frozen And Stored In Vials. Each Bottle Shall Contain At Least 1x10 ^ 6 Cells Per Milliliter And Be Transported By Freezing. Primary Mouse Arterial Fibroblasts Were Negative For Bacteria, Yeast, Fungi And Mycoplasma. The Expression Of Cell Markers Was Detected By Immunofluorescence Staining, And The Antibody Was Anti-FSP1/S100A4. Under The Cell Culture Conditions Specified By AcceGen, Cells Can Expand 2-4 Generations With A Division Ratio Of 1:2. Repeated Passage And Freezing Of Cells Are Not Recommended. The Standard Biochemical Procedures That This Cell Can Be Used For Cell Culture Include The Determination Of Cell Interactions, RT-PCR, Western Blotting, Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence Staining, Flow Cytometry, Or The Generation Of Cell Derivatives For The Required Research Applications.
