BALB/c Mouse Aortic Fibroblasts

BALB/c Mice AcceGen Primary Aortic Fibroblasts Were Isolated From Tissues Of Non Pathogenic Experimental Mice. The Primary Mouse Aortic Fibroblasts Grew In T25 Tissue Culture Bottle Coated With Gelatin Solution For 0.5 Hour, And Were Generally Expanded And Purified In AcceGen Culture Complete Growth Medium For 3-7 Days. Before Shipment, The Cells Were Separated From The Bottles And Immediately Frozen And Stored In Vials. Each Bottle Shall Contain At Least 1x10 ^ 6 Cells Per Milliliter And Be Transported By Freezing. Primary Mouse Aortic Fibroblasts Were Negative For Bacteria, Yeast, Fungi And Mycoplasma. The Expression Of Cell Markers Was Detected By Immunofluorescence Staining, And The Antibody Was Anti-FSP1/S100A4. Under The Cell Culture Conditions Specified By AcceGen, Cells Can Expand 2-4 Generations With A Division Ratio Of 1:2. It Is Not Recommended To Pass On Generations And Preserve Seeds For Many Times. The Standard Biochemical Procedures That This Cell Can Be Used For Cell Culture Include The Determination Of Cell Interactions, RT-PCR, Western Blotting, Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence Staining, Flow Cytometry, Or The Generation Of Cell Derivatives For The Required Research Applications. BALB/c Mouse Primary Aortic Fibroblasts From AcceGen Are Isolated From Tissue Of Pathogen-free Laboratory Mice.  Mouse Primary Aortic Fibroblasts Are Grown In T25 Tissue Culture Flasks Pre-coated With Gelatin-based Solution For 0.5 Hour And Incubated In AcceGen Culture Complete Growth Medium Generally For 3-7 Days.  Cultures Are Then Expanded.  Prior To Shipping, Cells Are Detached From Flasks And Immediately Cryo-preserved In Vials.  Each Vial Contains At Least 1x10^6 Cells Per Ml And Is Delivered Frozen. Mouse Primary Aortic Fibroblasts Are Negative For Bacteria, Yeast, Fungi, And Mycoplasma.  Cells Are Tested For Expression Of Marker Using The Antibody Of Anti-FSP1/S100A4 By Immunofluorescence Staining.  Cells Can Be Expanded For 2-4 Passages At A Split Ratio Of 1:2 Under The Cell Culture Conditions Specified By AcceGen.  Repeated Freezing And Thawing Of Cells Is Not Recommended.
