BALB/c Mouse Aortic Endothelial Cells From AcceGen Are Isolated From Tissue Of Pathogen-free Laboratory Mice. Mouse Aortic Endothelial Cells Are Grown In T25 Tissue Culture Flasks Pre-coated With Gelatin-based Solution For 0.5 Hour And Incubated In AcceGen' S Culture Complete Growth Medium Generally For 3-7 Days. Cultures Are Then Expanded. Prior To Shipping, Cells Are Detached From Flasks And Immediately Cryo-preserved In Vials. Each Vial Contains At Least 1x10^6 Cells Per Ml And Are Delivered Frozen. Mouse Aortic Endothelial Cells Can Be Used In Assays Of Cell To Cell Adhesion, Migration, Vascular Tube Formation, Or Transendothelial Resistance (TER). Standard Biological Procedures Performed With Endothelial Cell Cultures Include RT-PCR, Western Blotting, Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence Staying Or Immunofluorescence Flow Cytometry Or Generating Cell Derivatives For Desired Research Applications.BALB/c Mouse Aortic Endothelial Cells Are Derived From AcceGen And Isolated From Tissues Of Non Pathogenic Experimental Mice. The Mouse Aortic Endothelial Cells Grew In T25 Tissue Culture Bottle Coated With Gelatin Solution For 0.5 Hours, And Were Generally Cultured In AcceGen's Complete Growth Medium For 3-7 Days. Then Amplify. Before Shipment, The Cells Were Separated From The Bottles And Immediately Frozen And Stored In Vials. Each Bottle Shall Contain At Least 1x10 ^ 6 Cells Per Milliliter And Be Transported By Freezing. The Mouse Aortic Endothelial Cells Can Be Used For The Determination Of Intercellular Adhesion, Migration, Angiogenesis Or Transendothelial Resistance (TER). The Standard Biochemical Procedures For Endothelial Cell Culture Include RT-PCR, Western Blotting, Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence Staining Or Immunofluorescence Flow Cytometry Or The Generation Of Cell Derivatives For The Required Research Applications.
